When you visit www.nrw-kultur.de the following data is captured by the server maintained by our provider: number of different pages requested, total of all accesses, total of all accesses per day, number of accesses per hour, top 20 requested pages, top 20 different accessing computers (provider details, but not IPs, are captured), top 20 referring computers (referrers), top 20 referring URLs (without details of IP addresses), first 10 most frequently used browser types, number of pages not found by us (Error404), accesses by access code, number of different computers, number of different pages requested, total of all accesses and of accesses per day, number of accesses per hour. We use this data exclusively for statistical purposes. We keep these statistics in order to see which of our pages are of interest to visitors and which are not. This helps us to improve our service. We do not pass the captured data on to third parties, nor do we use it to produce so-called user profiles.

8. Storage of personal data

If you want to request written information we will require you to transmit the personal details requested on the website. The NRW KULTURsekretariat stores these details so that we can process your enquiry. seit 2006 gibt die museumsplattform nrw einen umfassenden Einblick in die Sammlungen und Aktivitäten ausgewählter NRW-Museen – und regt damit zugleich auch ein neues Publikum zum Museumsbesuch an. Monatlich 13.000 Besucher*innen belegen das Interesse an diesem einzigartigen Instrument zum interaktiven und kommunikativen Umgang mit Kunst im Netz.

Ein intensiv gepflegter und konstant ausgebauter Newsbereich mit Hinweisen zu Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen oder Features aus der Kunstszene NRWs gehört ebenfalls dazu. 2013 erhielt die bereits seit zehn Jahren aktive Online-Plattform den bedeutenden Grimme Online Award.

Für den Ausbau dieses Online-Angebots sind wir auf den dauerhaften Beteiligungswillen der Museen angewiesen. Auch wenn die aktive Ausgestaltung derzeit nicht erfolgen kann, laden wir Sie doch herzlich ein, unser breites Angebot zum interaktiven und kreativen Umgang mit der Bildenden Kunst und ihren vielfältigen Formen medialer Vermittlung spielerisch zu erkunden.
